Shipping Terms of Empyrean Travel Accessories

1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Address

Orders are shipped via mail or courier to the address specified by the Customer during the ordering process. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Empyrean Travel Accessories assumes no liability for undeliverable shipments due to incorrect address details provided by the Customer.

2. Delivery Times

Switzerland 2-3 Days

Europe depending on the country. 4-7 Days

Empyrean Travel Accessories strives to keep delivery times as short as possible. However, any delivery times communicated in the order confirmation are non-binding estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as logistics providers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delays in delivery do not entitle the Customer to withdraw from the contract or claim damages, unless otherwise required by mandatory Swiss law.

3. Partial Deliveries

Empyrean Travel Accessories is entitled to make partial deliveries if not all ordered items are available at the same time. In such cases, shipping costs will only be charged once.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and depend on the delivery destination, package weight, and chosen shipping method. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the Customer.

5. Risk Transfer

The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the Customer as soon as the shipment is handed over to the carrier. If the Customer notices damage upon delivery, they must immediately report it to the carrier and document the issue to facilitate a claims process.

6. Undeliverable Shipments & Failed Delivery Attempts

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect it from a designated pick-up point, Empyrean Travel Accessories reserves the right to:

  • Charge the Customer for return shipping and reshipment costs, or
  • Cancel the order and refund the purchase price minus shipping costs and handling fees.

7. International Shipments

For shipments outside Switzerland, delivery times may be extended due to customs procedures. The Customer is responsible for complying with the import regulations of their country.
