How long does shipping take?

Shipping within Switzerland takes 2-4 business days, shipping to Europe usually takes 2–5 business days. International deliveries may take up to 10 days, depending on the destination.

Do you offer returns?

Yes, unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us for returns.

Do you have a physical store or showroom?

Currently, Empyrean operates exclusively online. You can visit our warehouse on request.

What materials are used?

Empyrean Suitcases are made from premium aluminium, never polycarbonate — lightweight, impact-resistant, and durable.

The interior features high-quality cotton lining, a zipper compartment and fastening belts for easy organization.
