Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

- It must include all original tags and packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- Instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is:

- Incorrect (wrong item received)

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., special orders, engravings).
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items).
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases).
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to:
- Return your original item following our return policy.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
This ensures that the replacement product is reserved for you and shipped promptly.
6. EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union (EU), you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify for a refund under this rule, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs under the EU cooling-off period.
7. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
